Lauren Junestrand - Innovation & Sustainability Network Manager at UK Fashion & Textile Association (UKFT).
Lauren leads collaborative sustainability and innovation initiatives including the Circular Fashion Innovation Network and multiple academic-industry projects focused on sustainable manufacturing and UK recycling infrastructure. She builds strategic partnerships across the UK and internationally, represents UKFT at global events, and has launched UKFT’s innovation membership offer while coordinatining the annual UKFT Sustainability Conference. Holding an MA in Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsiblity and a PhD in sustainable fashion consumption from LCF, she brings deep expertise in circularity and innovation and is driven by a commitment to transforming the fashion and textile industry through sustainability-led innovation.

Thierry is a fashion business advisor, educator and founder of Global Fashion Management, and the London Fashion Business Academy, a global business expert platform supporting designers, start-ups and established brands to scale sustainably. With over two decades of international experience across wholesale, retail, trade shows and brand transformation, Thierry specialises in bridging creativity and commercial performance.
He is the creator of the CHIC Programme, a structured 12-month acceleration model designed to help emerging and growth-stage fashion businesses strengthen strategy, leadership, sales and international expansion. His work spans Europe, USA, Africa and Asia, collaborating with designers, trade bodies, educational institutions and government stakeholders to improve export readiness and long-term competitiveness.
Thierry is particularly known for translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable frameworks, empowering founders to move from reactive decision-making to structured growth. His approach combines commercial rigour, strategic clarity and deep sector insight, helping fashion entrepreneurs build brands that are not only creative, but resilient and profitable.
